The following terms and conditions govern all quotations and prices offered by GEORGIABUGGIES.com a wholly owned subsidiary of LWECO Group LLC (Seller) for its products, services and materials, whether made pursuant to oral or written orders, and shall control all matters and dealings between “Seller” and “Buyer”

SELLER’S DISCLAIMER: Seller’s sale of products includes only materials and does not include any services such as design, engineering or any other service that Buyer may require. The information contained in Sellers’s quotes and documents along with any attachments is accurate to the best of Seller’s knowledge. Seller disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied as to the mechantability or fitness of its products for a particular purpose. Seller assumes no liability for the use of this information by the purchaser or ultimate end user (Buyer). Buyer assumes sole responsibility for the project design, installation, suitability and actual use of products offered for sale by Seller. Unloading, site logistics and personal safety are also the responsibility of the Buyer.

LIABILITY: Seller, its officers, directors, shareholders or properties shall not be responsible, obligated or liable for any injury by damage resulting from incorrect assembly, application or use of its products, either singly or in combination with other products arising out of acceptance of Buyer’s orders. In no event shall Seller be liable for any special or consequential damages for any delay or cause.
TAXES and IMPORT / EXPORT LICENSES: Prices as quoted, do not include any export crating, taxes or duties. Any applicable taxes and/or duties shall be paid by Buyer.
ORDER CANCELLATION & PRODUCT RETURNS: All products are made to order and cannot be returned and once orders are accepted and put into production. Orders cannot be canceled except upon the written approval of Seller. Stock items must be returned in new condition and after a return authorization (RA) has been issued by Seller. Buyer must prepay freight and a 25% restocking charge may apply.
SHIPPING CHARGES: Large order deliveries come via 18 wheeler trailer type trucks. Domestic shipping charges are calculated based on the freight class, weight and dimensions of the shipment and receiving location (zip code). In addition to your zip code, we will need to know if the delivery address is a residence or business. Most shipments go by common carrier freight lines including FEDEX and UPS freight. Small orders (up to 75 lbs.) are usually shipped via FEDEX or UPS package delivery service. Expedited next day deliveries can be arranged at an additional cost to Buyer.
RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES:
If your order is shipping via freight to a residential address, Buyer will be contacted by the delivering freight company prior to delivery to arrange for a delivery time. The carrier will require that someone is available to receive and sign for the shipment, so when you schedule the delivery appointment, make sure you pick a day that works for you. If you do not have equipment to unload, the delivery truck equipped with a hydraulic lift gate can be arranged at an additional cost to Buyer __________________________________________________________________________________
NOTE: ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL APPLY IF …
* Business delivery location turns out to be a residence
* Shipment requires a lift gate to unload materials
* Delivery returned to terminal and shipment re-scheduled
* Shipment re-routed to a different location

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: Seller ships all materials F.O.B shipping point and contracts with various carriers to deliver its materials in the same new condition as when it left its supplier's factory or warehouse.
It is Buyer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect all items for shipping damage before accepting delivery.
If damage has occurred while in transit, Buyer should document the extent of the damage on the freight bill and immediately notify Seller and the carrier. Seller's responsibility for loss and damage ceases when the carrier accepts the products for shipment, Buyer is also responsible for filing a damage claim with the carrier.
